Police identified Kevin Bejarno, a 24-year-old man, Wednesday morning, Nov. 20, who they say is tied to multiple sex-related crimes in Fullerton, according to the O.C. Register.
Two teenage girls reported that they were walking together about 1:20 p.m. in the area of Walnut and Richman avenues, last week, on Nov. 13, when a man pulled up next to them in a 2000 black Ford Mustang (seen below), according to the Fullerton police.

The suspect parked his car facing the wrong way on the street as he called out to the teenage girls and when they ignored him and kept on walking he made a u-turn, pulled up next to them, then exposed his genitals as he masturbated, while driving slowly alongside them. He then fled in his car.
But Bejarno’s day was not finished yet. Just before 4:45 p.m. he approached a 24-year-old woman on foot in the area of Highland and Baker avenues and grabbed her from behind. Police say he committed a sexual battery then fled when the woman broke free.
By then Fullerton police detectives were on the case. They arrested Bejarno the next day in relation to the second incident. But he bailed out of jail on Nov. 15.
Bejarno however was arrested again three days later when he was linked to the child annoyance incident on Walnut and Richman avenues. but he then bailed out again on Nov. 19.
Fullerton police investigators believe there may be other victims. Anyone with information about the two incidents or others is asked to contact Detective Lloyd White at 714-738-6762.
