Through a partnership with American Express, the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce will be giving away fifty $25 American Express gift cards to those who Shop Local between November 29 and December 1. For every $25 a consumer spends at a participating Fullerton business, the customer will receive a ticket for the drawing. The Shop Local Movement was created to inspire people to shop and support local small businesses and give back to the places that have given their communities so much.

Big retailers have Black Friday and online retailers have Cyber Monday. But, for the past three years, small business retailers have been getting in on the action too with Small Business Saturday. Small Business Saturday encourages consumers to first think of benefiting their local economy by shopping at local stores in their community.
