State Senator Lou Correa, State Controller John Chiang and the Horizontal Cross Cultural Center are teaming up to present a free tax preparation workshop on March 13 through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. The workshop will take place at the Horizon Cross Cultural Center, 3707 W. Garden Grove Blvd. in Orange at 1 p.m.
Documents to bring include: photo id, social security card, w-2′s, 1098s, 1099s, prior year tax return, bank account and routing numbers, other income/expense information, tuition fees and expenses, day care expenses, day care provider’s identifying number and landlord’s name, address and phone number.
