Angel Ugalde, a 20-year-old parolee that had a warrant out for his arrest since Jan. 25, when police officers tried to arrest him just west of Valencia High School, in Placentia, was arrested on Tuesday by Fullerton Police Officers, according to the O.C. Register.
The Placentia Police had released Ugalde’s picture and warned the public that he was armed and dangerous.
Ugalde was discovered on Tuesday just past 1 p.m. at an apartment complex in the 1600 block of North Placentia Avenue in Fullerton, by Placentia police detectives and California State Parole agents.
Ugalde was arrested by Fullerton police officers after a short standoff. As it turns out he was also wanted for a prior incident in Fullerton where he brandished a gun, according to the Placentia Police.
