HopScotch, Orange County’s premier destination for crafted American cuisine, craft beer, and whiskey, will host its first Father’s Day “Pig & Whiskey” pig roast on June 15, beginning at 11 a.m. Brunch will be available from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Priced at $24.99, the event will feature the roast of a whole pig which was recently selected from Devil’s Gulch Ranch, a family farm located in Marin County. In addition to cuts of pork, guests will enjoy traditional barbecue sides as well as a serving of pork-infused Four Roses bourbon.
