Background:
At 0911pm on the 3/29/2014 a magnitude 5.1 earthquake struck the northern cities of Orange County. The earthquakes epicenter was determined to be in the City of La Habra. The City of Fullerton suffered damage to City Infrastructure, Commercial and Residential Property. City Emergency resources continue to update the assessment of the damage.
Fullerton CERT (CRV) was activated and provided Emergency Center support and damage assessment patrols in the North/East Area of the city.

Latest estimates list 83 people displaced and 30 properties red-tagged as uninhabitable. A total of 13 water main breaks reported in the city.
