All California employers, regardless of size, must post a current 2014 California, Federal Employment Notices poster. Failure to post can cost as much as $17,000 in fines.
The posters include information about the new state minimum wage plus mandatory changes to Workers’ Compensation and Paid Family Leave pamphlets, which became effect on July 1, 2014.
