Citizens Invited to Meet With Demographics Mapping Expert on District Mapping Election Process
Fullerton, CA –Fullerton citizens are invited to make individual or small group appointments with demographic mapping expert, David Ely of Compass Demographics, to discuss the process of maps for voting district boundaries.
The meetings, held at City Hall from September 23-26 and Oct 1-3, will allow residents the opportunity to discuss, in person, the district mapping process. Mr. Ely typically uses sample maps as a starting point to give an idea of how equal population district boundaries might be distributed and solicit input and mapping ideas during these meetings.
One-hour appointments are available between the hours of 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays on the following dates:

• Thursday, September 24, 2015
• Friday, September 25, 2015
• Saturday, September 26, 2015
• Thursday, October 1, 2015
• Friday, October 2, 2015
• Saturday, October 3, 2015
