SACRAMENTO, CA– Assembly Bill (AB) 1102 passed the Assembly Floor today with bipartisan support. Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva (D-Fullerton), a joint author of the legislation spoke to the significance of today’s vote.
“It is hard to imagine the Orange County Coast without fire rings on the beach, an activity that all can enjoy. While I sympathize with the need to reduce pollution in Orange County, the community must support any action to address this need. We must work collaboratively to protect our beautiful resources.”
