Assemblywoman Quirk-Silva will be hosting 3 workshops, February 6, 13, and 20, focused on finding cash for college. Assemblywoman Quirk-Silva knows that a college degree opens new doors and affords greater opportunities, but finding ways to pay for it can be difficult, which is why she is holding these workshops. The State of California now offers two valuable ways to help pay for a life-changing educational experience. Come learn how to make college more affordable by attending one of the upcoming educational workshops!
The first workshop will be February 6, 6 pm, at Buena Park High School, 8833 Academy Drive, Buena Park. The second workshop will be February 13, 6 pm, at John F. Kennedy High School, 8281 Walker St., La Palma. The last workshop will be held February 20, 6 pm, at Loara High School, 1765 Cerritos Ave, Anaheim.
Financial Aid Counselors will be on site to help with the paperwork and assist students and parents. For more information, please call the District Office at (714) 526-7272.
