All Pro Builders owners Paul and Lisa Paniagua will be raising funds for a November mission trip to Guatemala on Saturday, September 7, at 6 p.m. The benefit concert, held at Wilshire Ave. Community Church and sponsoring organization for the mission trip, will provide space for Christian rock bands Spare Change and RC Rock, to entertain the crowd. Twelve restaurants in Fullerton are donating food to be served at the concert.
Paul Paniagua, president of All Pro Builders, a Chamber Member and a volunteer on the initial mission trip in February, had this to say of the good work the church is doing over there: “Helping those people was a life-changing experience for me. Never would I have guessed that the Lord would have me travel 2100 miles to be an answer to someone’s prayer.”
The team visited several villages and selected one, Colonia Noruega, with which they will build a long-term relationship. November’s trip will have the team assisting with building a well and remodeling a schoolhouse, in addition to their adult and children’s ministry work. All funds from the ticket sales go directly toward the efforts in the village.
