The San Clemente Ocean Festival takes place on Saturday, July 20 and Sunday July 21. There’s plenty of adventure at “The Greatest Show on Surf!” Watch top California lifesavers and watermen and women compete in the Open Ocean Paddle. Thursdays in the Kitchen, the popular Fullerton Arboretum seasonal cooking class series is back for the rest of 2013!! Join a variety of local chefs, cooks, farmers and culinary experts as they guide you through a delectable selection of seasonal meals made with Arboretum-grown ingredients! Classes include instruction, a full dinner of the menu being prepared and an instruction and recipe booklet of the night’s dishes. Class starts at 6pm and usually last until 8:30 or 9pm.
