Adrian Davis, a 57-year old Brea man drove into oncoming traffic at a Fullerton intersection died in an eight-vehicle accident Thursday, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Eight vehicles were involved in a twisted traffic wreck at Harbor Boulevard and Valencia Mesa Drive in Fullerton on Thursday afternoon, according to ABC News.
Investigators believe the driver of a yellow pickup was traveling northbound on Harbor at a high rate of speed when the vehicle went across the yellow lines and crashed into oncoming traffic, according to the O.C. Register.
Witnesses said a yellow Ford F-150 pick-up truck was traveling north on Harbor Boulevard at a high rate of speed when it crossed the road into oncoming traffic, according to Fullerton police Sgt. Jeff Stuart, according to KTLA.
“It looked like it was intentional,” witness Yvette Garcia said. “The driver was not swerving, he didn’t honk. He basically just coming on to oncoming traffic, on to us. The SUV driver died on impact, police said. Five others were injured, according to NBC News.
Harbor Boulevard was closed between Valencia Mesa Drive and Bastanchury Road for the crash investigation and cleanup, according to ABC 10.
