Rick’s work has crossed all levels of education, from teaching Chinese to headmastering. He earned an M.Ed. in comparative education at the Center for Comparative and Global Studies in Education at SUNY, Buffalo. Rick worked as an early-childhood educator before and into undergraduate work, earning a B.A. in Chinese literature at Yale University.
