On Tuesday, March 18, the Fullerton Community Center will host a special seminar on mail and consumer fraud featuring, an inspector from the U.S. Postal Service, will serve as guest speaker. The program will be held at 10 a.m. at the Fullerton Community Center, which is located at 340 W. Commonwealth Ave., west of Harbor Blvd., in AmerigePark.

Older Americans are a prime target of these scammers, who prey on seniors, who are perceived to have time and money.
