HopScotch, Orange County’s newest destination for crafted American cuisine, whiskey, and classic cocktails, is excited to introduce the debut of its new fall dinner menu available 4pm daily.
Created by Executive Chef Cody Storts, the menu evokes a warm, comforting feeling from guests, highlighting the flavors of the season while using some of the most adventurous in ingredients. Patrons will find themselves experiencing classic dishes in new ways they’ve never before imagined.
“I don’t shy away from trying new things,” said Storts. “Often times, a chef will be afraid to use an ingredient because guests may not be used to it, or because it can be difficult to master the use of it. I enjoy the challenge, as well as helping people enjoy something new. I felt fall was the perfect time to really put this idea in to practice.”
