Thursdays in the Kitchen, the popular Fullerton Arboretum seasonal cooking class series is back for the rest of 2013!! Join a variety of local chefs, cooks, farmers and culinary experts as they guide you through a delectable selection of seasonal meals made with Arboretum-grown ingredients! Classes include instruction, a full dinner of the menu being prepared and an instruction and recipe booklet of the night’s dishes. Class starts at 6pm and usually last until 8:30 or 9pm.
