Local dog and cat owners can have their pets spayed/neutered and micro-chipped, free of charge on Saturday, June 22, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Fullerton Community Center located at 340 West Commonwealth Avenue. The event, sponsored by “Lifeline 4 Paws” and hosted by the City of Fullerton is free for those living in the 92831, 92832, 92833 and 92835 area codes; however, appointments are required.
Though the free spay and neuter surgeries are restricted by proof of area codes, the free microchip for pets is unrestricted. Vaccines will also be available for a minimal cost. Spay and neuter …read more
